FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: How much does it cost to replace ____________ on my vehicle?

A: Every repair is different and therefore varies from vehicle to vehicle. We are happy to give estimates both in person and over the phone. Be prepared to provide us with your vehicle’s year, make, model, sub-model, engine liter, transmission model (automatic/manual). Additionally, if you are inquiring about repairs for an SUV or truck, know whether it is a 2WD, 4WD, or AWD. We must have all of this information to provide you with an accurate estimate.
Q: What is your hourly labor rate?

A: As of August 2020, our hourly rate is $110/hr. This rate does not apply to services with fixed prices, such as a freon recharge.
Q: How much do you charge to diagnose an issue on a vehicle?

A: It depends on what is wrong with the vehicle, as different issues require different amounts of time to diagnose. Our best advice is plan to spend anywhere from $20 to $150 on a diagnostic (if it is not something we can diagnose by simply scanning your vehicle’s ECM).
Q: Do you work on my year/make/model vehicle?

A: We work on almost every type of vehicle, but we cannot work on Trucks, Box Trucks, or SEMIs if we cannot fit them into our bays and/or lift them.
Q: Do I need to schedule an appointment, or can I just come by whenever?

A: We generally stay busy completing repairs, so we recommend making an appointment either in-person or over the phone. However, if you simply need a check engine light diagnosed, or you want to test your luck, you are welcome to come by and see if we have any open availability at that time.
